One of the best memories I own inside my head and play over regularly is when we lived together at Grandma and Grandpas house on Casterton together. You were finishing up your nursing and I was going through a time with my ex and trying to find myself. I never told you then and I should have, but you gave me so much comfort, acceptance and joy during that time. You showed me that I can truly be myself in life. Even though I didn’t come out for some time later in life, I want you to know that you shifted my perception of myself and let me truly be myself for even that short period of time. The laughs we had, the singing and dancing that we shared, late night snack feasts and binging tv are all memories that I will keep with me forever.
I love you deeply.
